What are the hours of The Fair Office in off-season?
The Fair Board Office is open year-round on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4PM-7PM. Feel free to call and leave a message or send an email if you are unable to come to the office during those hours.

When are Fair Board Meetings?
The Fair Board Directors meet each second Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM at The Fair Board Office. These meetings are open to the public.
How much is a Membership and what does it get me?
To be a member of the Guernsey County Ag Society, an individual must pay $45.00 (and meet the legal requirements) and they get one (1) free week-long pass to that season's fair. These passes are only good for one (1) season and will need renewed each year in November if the individual wishes to stay an Ag Society Member. You must hold a Membership if you wish to vote in Board Member Elections in November. More information can be found on our "Ag Society" tab. Rides are not included with a Membership Pass.
When are the grandstand events for the 2024 Fair?

How much is a Season Pass for the fair?
A 2024 Fair Season Pass is $45.00. This give you entry for one (1) person the entire week of the fair. Rides are not included with a Season Pass ticket.
What is the cost to enter the fair?
A daily admission ticket for 2024 Fair is $15.00 per person, ages 3 and under are free. Rides, parking and grandstand events are included with the Daily Ticket.
What time/date is the Junior Fair Sale?
Junior Fair sale is Friday of the fair and begins at 9AM with Swine.
I want to rent a building or barn at the fairgrounds, who do I contact?

If there is an emergency at the fairgrounds who do I call?
If it is a life-threatening emergency, call 911. If it is not a life-threatening emergency, call the Board President Josh Stiers and Vice President Brent Watkins.
I want to be a Fair Board Director. What do I need to do?
If you are interested in running for the Fair Board please fill out a Director Petition. Director Petitions and Director Information is located on our "Ag Society" tab.
Is camping available for the Paul Bunyan Show?
Yes! Camping sites (Primitive sites with limited water and electric sites) are available to those attending the Paul Bunyan Show. A sew dump site is on location near the Maintenance Complex. No pre-registration is required and spots are first come first serve. Please see the guard shack at Gate 3 when you arrive to check in and pay.
Can I bring my golf cart to the fair?
Golf carts you see on-site are for shuttle service or Board Directors and shuttles only. No private golf carts or side x sides are allowed. Handicapped motorized chairs or medical wheelchairs ARE allowed at the fair. We do not have any carts, strollers, wagons or wheelchairs available to rent/borrow.
